David began his journey in education in 1991 after years in the sales world. He has been a middle school teacher, instructional coach, department head, principal, Director of Professional Development, and a tennis coach for middle and high school students.

David has received numerous awards for his work in education (see his full biography). His work has been spread to encompass public, private, and charter schools. After many years in school leadership, David has not lost his passion for teachers and their impact on lives in their classroom. His workshops are balanced with research-based strategies for effective teaching, high engagement and collaboration, high paced inputs, fun and humor filled with surprises and encouragement!
